Hi ,

1. Is it possible to change the strip size online? how do i do it ?

2. I have LV without striping ,is it possible to make it stripeable online ? how do i do it ?

Nope. You have to create a new LV with striping and then copy the old LV to the new one.

I concur with Harry. The man page for lvchange indicates what characteristics of a logical volume may be changed:

lvchange(1M)

NAME
lvchange - change LVM logical volume characteristics

SYNOPSIS
/usr/sbin/lvchange [-a availability] [-A autobackup]
[-c mirror_consistency] [-C contiguous]
[-d schedule] [-D distributed] [-M mirror_write_cache]
[-p permission] [-r relocate] [-s strict]
[-t IO_timeout] lv_path

Note that stripe size is not indicated.

Sorry, I don't know for sure, but what about extent based striping for your question #2?
