Try booting into single user mode. Mount your filesystems manually.

Try doing a scan or install device drivers.

You can probably use insf -e

check out and let us know

-Anil

Mirror rootvg, and tested it before doing the upgrade on both the primary and secondary. It was done successfully. Do o/s upgrade from 11.0 to 11i, o/s complains about fibercard is not supported for this version. Doing remote upgrade, and as I understand that we can't do a firmware scan on fc to check for the model? Am i right on this? In addition, now try to boot to secondary /mirror disk, can't do so? Should I boot this to single user mode first before multi-user? any suggestion?....

On most of our fibre cards you can see the model number on the back of the card, if you have physical access to the back of the machine.

JP
