      <description>Hi Robert,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do a vgexport for the volume groups on this system, this will remove all info from the system about these vg's. Once you reload the OS on the root disk, that data is going to get wiped out anyway. You can also do the reload first and then just proceed to create new VG/LV on the disk array. This will delete the old data.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regds&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
