Can anybody tells me what does the following message mean?

it's saying that your filesystem has some errors.

umount and fsck the filesystem.

Depending on how you're set up, you may want to dd the disk to check for physical errors.

I would start by doing an
bdf -i
see if you have run out of free inodes for your file system.

Here is a document from the TKB (Doc. ID: GLPKBRC00002290) that lists JFS error messages. The vx_mapbad message is listed.

I was not able to find anything on the vx_ivalidate error.

My OS is HP-UX 11.00
I encountered another error message,
vxfs: mesg 016: vx_ilisterr - /oracle/PRstage/arch file system error reading inode 30
vxfs: mesg 008: vx_direrr - /oracle/PRstage/arch file system inode 2 block 8068 error 6

When I tried to recover it using fsck, I got,
#/tmp/zzg:> fsck -F vxfs /dev/vgprz34/lvPRstagearch
log replay in progress
full file system check required, exiting ...
How do perform a full file system check?

The man page for fsck is actually split into several sections. For the -o options, you can find them in:

man fsck_vxfs

The option for a full fsck is:

fsck -F vxfs -o full /dev/vgprz34/lvPRstagearch
