May I know how to search for patches with a given base fileset like "ATMCORE.ATMCORE-SNMP"

ITRC-->maintenance and support--> individual patches--> In the key word area type ATMCORE.ATMCORE-SNMP--> go

If you want to check wether it is installed,
try this :

swlist -l product | grep SNMP
