    <description>I ahve got a HP-UX K-Class server. The server is getting rebooted often. When i see the shutdown log i see the below information.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; Reboot after panic: trap type 1 (HPMC), pcsq.pcoq = 0.2&lt;BR /&gt;530e8, isr.ior = 6fe7.40002288  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am not able to understand what it means. Any of your help will be highly appreciated</description>

      <description>You appear to have a hardware problem of some sort.  HPMC=High priority machine check, which is almost always a hardware error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You need to place a call to the HP response center and get them looking at this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have a look at TKB document UXDNKBRC00001764 for more information.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The doc is attached for your convenience.</description>

      <description>Hi Ramesh:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This reports a hardware HPMC error. You can track down the reason with the PIM information from the boot console menu (you need to reboot the system) OR from the /var/tombstones/ts99 file. Get it analyzed with HP and find out which hardware is having a problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you find anything from the PIM information, check that part with STM and resolve the error.&lt;BR /&gt;Also make sure that you have all HWE ( hardware) patches installed on the system. For a better assistance, call the hardware support.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HTH,&lt;BR /&gt;Shiju</description>
