You need unzip utility for that

down load it from below link and install
http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Misc/unzip-5.52/

you can unzip by using unzip utility . download it from the web and install it by using

swinstall -x mount_all_filesystems=false -s source and depot name

I guess it is in gzip format, Copy that file to ur server

then
gunzip and it will give you a file with .depot extension

install utility with swisntall command

swinstall -s

have you installed the Build-time dependencies ?

Down load it from the same site and install.

check /var/adm/sw/swintall.log for details

Or, for a current version, you could probably
download a source kit and build it yourself:

http://www.info-zip.org/
http://www.info-zip.org/UnZip.html
ftp://ftp.info-zip.org/pub/infozip/src/unzip60.tgz

A quick Google search for keywords like, say,
unzip hp-ux
might have been faster and just as effective
as asking here. Or a Forum search here.

Just a thought.
