      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;Using gWLM, is it possible to deactivate the cpu on one complex npar and activating the cpu on another complex npar.&lt;BR /&gt;Lets take we have 2 superdomes:&lt;BR /&gt;SD1 par0: 4 active, 2 icap cpu&lt;BR /&gt;SD2 par0: 2 active, 4 icap cpu&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I just need to deactive 2 cpu from SD2 par0 and activate 2 cpu on SD1 par0 using gWLM.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Srini</description>

      <description>gWLM does have the capability to automatically migrate CPUs from an nPar on one complex to an nPar on another complex when Global iCAP (GiCAP) is involved.  A gWLM SRD can be created to managed all the complexes in the GiCAP group, allowing gWLM to automatically move the resources around to the highest priority workloads and the systems that in the highest demand of the resources.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are looking to perform manual resource migrations, GiCAP is still required to allow CPUs to be moved from one complex to another.</description>
