Install HPUX 11v3 on RAID6 Array fail

Hi all.
I have a rx2660 with P400 controller. When i create array ADG (RAID6) with 8 HDD SAS 300GB and install HP UX v3 on this array, system had fail:

But when i try create array 1 with 2 HDD, the installation is ok.

Please talk me what happen?

Did you configure the RAID6 as a single logical drive? It's likely more than 2TB in size. This may cause the problem and is IMHO much too large anyway.
