      <description>Hi Intelectuals&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;OS HPUX 10.20, running MC/Service Guard.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When i telnet to a machine it gives me the following error...&lt;BR /&gt;============================&lt;BR /&gt;Trying...&lt;BR /&gt;Connected to &lt;MACHINE name=""&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Escape character is '^]'.&lt;BR /&gt;telnetd: initiate_allt_crypt failed (-18).&lt;BR /&gt;Local flow control off&lt;BR /&gt;Connection closed by foreign host.&lt;BR /&gt;=======================================&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Bhoopathi&lt;/MACHINE&gt;</description>

      <description>If you are able ping, then try connectiong (rlogin) from the other machine.&lt;BR /&gt;To do this put these hostname or ipaddress in .rhost file.</description>
