      <description>It's supposed to be a temporary file used by SAM. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can just delete it and try again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The latest SAM cumulative patch ensures that SAM removes it when it has finished with it.</description>

      <description>&lt;BR /&gt;I think the disk_query device is a temporary one created by SAM to talk to a disk before allocating/using it. If you exit from SAM and this device still exists then you should remove it. If you do a full ioscan -fCdisk does it list any disks as being NO_HW (not there anymore) or another status than Claimed ? If so then you have a problem with a device which is causing the SAM error. &lt;BR /&gt;Some reports this is a SAM bug, do you have the latest SAM patch installed ?</description>

      <description>It's a bug, because it caused me to lose lv data and that&lt;BR /&gt;prevented me from mounting and using those lvs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;@$*#%*#%!</description>
