As previously asked, was this package starting and stopping properly before the problem? If so, what changes have occured since the last time it was started/stopped successfully on test02 that may invoke a problem? The messages in the package log that you included do not include a Serviceguard package stop banner. Was that an oversight, or is it missing?

As asked, does the cluster use any toolkit to administer the Oracle package start/stop/monitor activities?
