cmquerycl error

trying to setup a new cluster in HP-UX 11.31, when I run cmquerycl to create the cmclconfig.ascii file I am receiving Permission denied errors ??

also something about no cdsf group ??

check_cdsf_group, no cdsf group specified.

Node tmovdb01 is refusing Serviceguard communication.

Please make sure that the proper security access is configured on node

tmovdb01 through either file-based authorization(pre-A.11.16 version) or

access control policies (version A.11.16 or higher)

and/or that the host name lookup on node tmovdb01

resolves the IP address correctly.

Failed to gather configuration information.

Found the issue, finger check on one of the node names in cmclnodelist
