      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have a support contract that includes ServiceGuard updates, go to the HP Support Center:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.hp.com/go/hpsc"&gt;http://www.hp.com/go/hpsc&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sign in (in the upper-right corner)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then select "Software updates and licensing" under "Download options".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select the SAID of your support contract, check the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions, and click "Submit".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should see a product list of your licensed software by category.&amp;nbsp; Serviceguard should be under "High Availability and Disaster Recovery Software" - click on the + sign to open the category.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From there, you can access the download page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
