HG Storage Management Suite installation problem

Dear

We have installed the MCOE 11iv2 in RX6600. And also installed the C++ bundles. Now facing problems to install the SG SMS A.02.01. Where its saying "The dependencies for fileset "SG-NMAPI.CM-NMAPI,r=A.11.19.00" : cannot be resolved (see previous lines)."

Please help...

This is happening becasue of serviceguard 11.19 is missing. Now my problem is MCOE media contains serviceguard 11.18 and the SG SMsuite is looking for serviceguard 11.19 in HPUX 11iv2. Can you suggest me from where I can download the serviceguard 11.19 depot for hpux 11iv2.

And I have attached the log.

Any suggestion will help.

Yes it says: The Serviceguard A.11.19.00 needs to be installed or selected to complete the installation.

Do you have a support contract for Serviceguard?

Yap I do. I have searched hp software depot to download serviceguard using my SAID. But i didn't find..

Software Depot doesn't use SAIDs. It's either free or it takes a credit card.

You need to go to the HPSC and to the left there is: Software updates and licensing

The SUM program should allow you to download it if you have the proper SAID.

Yup and there is the whole MCOE media to download. And I don't know that the serviceguard 11.19 reside in first media or in the second one? I want to reduce the download a bit... :)

I have downloaded those media and they are with SG 11.18. I needed SG 11.19.
