      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Gurus,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am facing an issue in my 2 node hpux cluster.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HP-UX sgpsdbah B.11.31 U ia64 3696607959 unlimited-user license&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;T1905CA A.11.19.00 Serviceguard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the lan card configuration is as below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NODE_NAME sgpsdbah001a&lt;BR /&gt;NETWORK_INTERFACE lan0&lt;BR /&gt;STATIONARY_IP 156.5.202.35&lt;BR /&gt;NETWORK_INTERFACE lan2&lt;BR /&gt;HEARTBEAT_IP 156.5.3.23&lt;BR /&gt;NETWORK_INTERFACE lan1&lt;BR /&gt;NETWORK_INTERFACE lan3&lt;BR /&gt;# CLUSTER_LOCK_LUN&lt;BR /&gt;FIRST_CLUSTER_LOCK_PV /dev/disk/disk429&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NODE_NAME sgpsdbah001b&lt;BR /&gt;NETWORK_INTERFACE lan0&lt;BR /&gt;STATIONARY_IP 156.5.202.36&lt;BR /&gt;NETWORK_INTERFACE lan2&lt;BR /&gt;HEARTBEAT_IP 156.5.3.24&lt;BR /&gt;NETWORK_INTERFACE lan1&lt;BR /&gt;NETWORK_INTERFACE lan3&lt;BR /&gt;# CLUSTER_LOCK_LUN&lt;BR /&gt;FIRST_CLUSTER_LOCK_PV /dev/disk/disk539&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While doing cmcheck/cmapply its giving below errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sgpsdbah001a:/etc/cmcluster (root) cmcheckconf -C cmclconfig.ascii&lt;BR /&gt;Defaulting MAX_CONFIGURED_PACKAGES to 300.&lt;BR /&gt;Defaulting MAX_CONFIGURED_PACKAGES to 300.&lt;BR /&gt;lan1 on node sgpsdbah001a cannot be configured in the cluster&lt;BR /&gt;because it does not have an IP address, and it is not a standby lan for any other lan.&lt;BR /&gt;lan3 on node sgpsdbah001a cannot be configured in the cluster&lt;BR /&gt;because it does not have an IP address, and it is not a standby lan for any other lan.&lt;BR /&gt;lan1 on node sgpsdbah001b cannot be configured in the cluster&lt;BR /&gt;because it does not have an IP address, and it is not a standby lan for any other lan.&lt;BR /&gt;lan3 on node sgpsdbah001b cannot be configured in the cluster&lt;BR /&gt;because it does not have an IP address, and it is not a standby lan for any other lan.&lt;BR /&gt;Failed to evaluate network&lt;BR /&gt;cmcheckconf: Unable to reconcile configuration file cmclconfig.ascii&lt;BR /&gt;with discovered configuration information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rgds&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sree&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
