The precompiles from the depot and the porting and archive center didn't seem to work on my 32bit 11i system. I think 11i OS is just different enough from 11.0 that a program that is so system dependent would have a problem.

I posted this question earlier and got a reference to another forum thread that did have a binary compiled for 11i.
