1. Where are instructions for installing
Aries on a running 11iV3?
2. What is an example command line for invoking it?

Hi Paul:

There is nothing to install and there is no command to invoke it. Aries is intrinsic to HP-UX on an Itanium architecture.

Yes, when you run a pa-risc binary on a ia machine, the kernel figures out that its a pa-risc binary and calls ARIES from within.

Just ensure that you have the latest ARIES patches installed on the system.

ARIES is integral part of HP-UX 11i on HP Integrity servers. You don't need to install it separately. Just run the PA-RISC executables on Integrity servers as you would do on native PA-RISC/HP-UX server.
