      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a software contract HP will do an analysis of this information.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They have some magic process by which from the crash dump, they determine the patch that is missing and caused the crash.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Looking at the information doesn't tell me anything. It is a good reason as to why you want to have a software support contract.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
