Hi ;

i have hpux 11i v3 rx8640 servers
some times i have user deadlck errors

please help me how we can solve this problems

and how can i user or run lockf command in hpux

You don't solve the problem, you let the application developers fix it.

lockf(2) is a system call to lock a file region.
