    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone encountered the when 1 node shutdown (2 nodes cluster using EVA3000 with mirroring of LVM in both nodes for HA), informix will give the following?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3:35:48  I/O read chunk 148, pagenum 2, pagecnt 1 --&amp;gt; errno = 4 &lt;BR /&gt;13:35:48  I/O read chunk 153, pagenum 2, pagecnt 1 --&amp;gt; errno = 4 &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;both chunks are marked "DOWN" in the onstat -d output. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;c00000000b02e820 148   26   650000     100000     0                     PD--  /dev/admprod7/ &lt;BR /&gt;c00000000b0464f0 148    26  650000     100000     0                     MD--  /dev/admmirror7 &lt;BR /&gt;c00000000b02f028 153   31   750000     200000     0                     PD--  /dev/admprod7/ &lt;BR /&gt;c00000000b046ce8 153    31  750000     200000     0                     MD--  /dev/admmirror7/ &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Informix said the problem is due to the disk but when contacted HP they said no problem with the disk.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance for any advice.</description>

      <description>What do you mean by "mirroring of LVM in both nodes for HA".  HA in the array is provided by the RAID function of the array.</description>
