If we need to configuring the 4 node cluster, actually where we need to concenterate like creating the cluster for the lan or the disk or the package.
or is it mandatory to create the cluster for all.. I got so confused in that.
Some says that the heart beat is down.. what is the heart beat IP ? and
what is the application heart beat ?

Is configuring the cluster for the lan and the package is the meaning for the application hear beat and heart beat IP ?

In the normal practice how can we say the server belongs to the cluster the above things ..

thanks in advance... Please help me out to understand those things.....

Hi Gany,

You need to read the docs, friend...

HP SG is very peculiar..Much like a stubborn kid...And it doesnt work unless all the paramters are completely satisfied

Once a mistake is done, it may take you somewhile to get out of it - since many features are interlinked!

Take my word..Read well the docs the folks have given..

HTH
SNS
