Hi,

I want to transfer some files from winxp to HP-UX.

How do I go about it?

Hi Jason,

You could use a simple ftp from the windows command line, or use a simple tool like winscp to copy files from xp to hpux.

Start ftp service - enable it in /etc/inetd.conf and re-read config with inetd -c.

Hi,

Before doing FTP
1st confirm with your network team that from your xp machine to hpbox ftp port should opened bi-directional from both side
