can I install HP-Ux 11.0 or similer one can install in intel based system or P4?

Simply - NO. 11.0 in particular was PA-RISC architecture only. More recent versions of HP-UX (11.23, 11.31) can be installed on PA-RISC or Itanium, but not intel.

Never, you cant install HP-UX on any intel server.
