the compilers would be on a 11.00 application CD - if you do not have the CDs or have codewords to get them off the CDs though, you'll be out of luck, as 11.00 is way out of support, so no-one at HP is formally going to help you...

what do you want these compilers for on such an out of date platform?

You would need both the ANSI C and aC++ compiler bundles.

As Duncan says, you are better off going to a supported OS, 11.11, or even later.
