Why don't you use CPAN, the source of PERL.

Try

You can also allways use the source and compile it for yourself.

Hi:

Why would you want such an ancient (~ 10 years old ) release? Anything older than Perl 5.8 hasn't been supported since 2008.

About the best you can probably do to satisfy your request is to compile from source code. Perl-5.6.2.tar.gz is available here:

http://www.cpan.org/src/README.html

I strongly urge you to use 5.8.8 at least, available as a pre-compiled, SD-installable depot from here:

http://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=PERL
