      <description>The message, "Service PKG*4098 terminated due to an exit(0)." indicates that the package startup completed with no errors.&lt;BR /&gt;If you check higher up in the syslog for PID 4098, you will find that it is associated with the package startup process.&lt;BR /&gt;An exit with status 0 (zero) is usually a healthy exit.</description>
