Shalom Ankit,

One of two things happened.

1) A disk failed or is about to fail. It will need to be replaced. Have a good Ignite backup done in case its your boot disk.

2) You swapped out a hot swap disk. This message will go away after the next boot and can be ignored.

I think though a disk was disconnected in some way and probably there is a bad one in there.

If your CD-ROM is USB its not supported, stop using it.

SEP

hi, well it looks like the cdrom drive has reset its self or failed.

I would power the drive off at the button and remove the powercord and wait a minute before powering it back up.

then do a full ioscan to pick it up again.

then you will see if the drive has come back online, at the moment it isnt as its showing no hardware.

keep an eye on it as it could be the interface that hs reset, but more likely to be a bad drive that may need replacing

Andy
