Hi ineed help,
i want copy modified files only from Server A to Server B using FTP. can any one help pls...

You can do that with FXP. Connect with client to both servers and upload from server1 to server2 only newer/bigger/smaller ... siles.
You can set this as a client rule.

For FXP capable client use flashFXP - this is the best one.

If you don't want to write your own procedure, you may use rsync http://www.ss64.com/bash/rsync.html
It's very smart utility, which allows to use SSH authentication as well.
It's depot can be found in http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Networking/Admin/rsync-2.6.9/
