      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I need to mirror one of the logical volume in VG00.My server version is HP HP-UX B.11.31 and all other logical volumes are mirrored. Is there any difference in mirroring command in 11.31 ? I got following command.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;lvextend -m 1 /dev/vg00/lv_new /dev/dsk/c0t1d0s2&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please correct me if there any mistake.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Sujith</description>

      <description>The way of doing it is the same, the command you pasted is OK. Just you should consider what for device special files you use, legacy or persistant.</description>

      <description>Procedures for boot related lvols and settings are slightly different for 11.31, but for "normal" lvols they are the same (more or less - maybe it depends if you are using LVM 1.0 or LVM 2.0).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Overall, your command should work.</description>
