I seem to remember way back that HP had reliquished the deliverance and payment directly to MicroFocus. e.g. get the product directly from MF and pay them directly.

The HP developer portal looks to reference the same.

HP and Micro Focus "divorced" a few years ago. Yes, there was an early version of Micro Focus "Object COBOL" available on the Application CD's, but you had to have the appropriate codeword from HP to load it. Since Micro Focus is now directly handling the delivery and support of their COBOL product on HP platforms, you'll need to contact MF.

Maybe start at http://supportline.microfocus.com/productreleaselevels/unix.asp to determine which specific COBOL product you want/need???
