      <description>&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Dual Core CPU's only count as 1 CPU&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I wouldn't count on that.  Enterprise OE counts each core of a dual core cpu.  I don't see why they would do anything different in SG.</description>
