If so, did you vgimport them on the other server?

Serviceguard 11.16 :
A.11.16.00 Date: 08/30/05 Patch: PHSS_33039

There is a SAN shared between the nodes. (EVa3000)

What i did is as follows :

I made an golden image of 1 of the cluster nodes.
This image i restored to a new server. This new server will be added to the existing 4-node cluster.

I threw away the old cluster config and bin files. Then i ran cmquerycl to create a new cluster config file..

Then i run into errors.
I will follow Peter's advice and work on a few errors. I hope i can fix them.

I was working on eliminating errors, but created more problems ;-)

I added the FQD names in the /etc/hosts file, and as a result Dataprotector stopped working.... DP is very VERY sensitive for host name changes...

So i cannot change the host name (At the moment without FQD). That means the first error cannot be resolved..

About the second error :
Error reading device /dev/dsk/c2t1d0s3 0x8

This error comes from the new node that i want to merge in the existing cluster.
But what does this s3 mean??

This disk /dev/c2t1d0 is the second root disk which i mirrored. Did i forget something?
