Hi Shiv,

Here I have some configuration FAQ.

Missing daemons or programs (/usr/lbin/cmclconfd, /usr/sbin/cm*conf)
Missing or incorect entries in /etc/service and/or /etc/inetd.conf
Security protections in /etc/inetd.sec
Disks in /etc/lvmtab that are not present on the system
Unreadable or missing /etc/lvmtab file
"dlpi" not configured into the kernel
"streams" modules not configured into the kernel
Multiple lan interfaces on one node that are configured on the same IP subnet

Very good Trouble shooting tool is cmscancl. It generates the detail report about environment in /tmp/scancl.out, which helps to isolate the problem.

I agree with Ninad's link and also check the Release Notes for that version which will have few more information like required H/W, patches and solved problems etc
