The way to get there is to click on the "access technical knowledge base" on the bottom of the hp-ux forums page, select search by doc-id, and put in the doc number.

What 3 attempts? Clicking on the links I gave you? It brings me directly to the document in question. Are you logged in and do you have a support contract associated with your login?

It was the "support contract associated" that was blocking my locating the docs. Once setting that up, I had no problems. Thanks much
