I don't know anything official.

In the past ServiceGuard toolkits were a for purchase product, at least on HP-UX.

The "developers toolkit" is usually called the Enterprise Cluster Master toolkit - B5139EA

Actually, it is quite differnt than the enterprise toolkit. The developers toolkit is a simpler way to develop Serviceguard scripts, minimizing the number of files that have to be edited. It also is (or will be) tied to a process that lets ISVs have some access to HP resources to test scripts that they develop.

The toolkit, the information on the process of getting access to resources, etc will be available soon. I'll try to get a more specific date from the developer and post it here.
