    <description>HI Faizer,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# sam&lt;BR /&gt;Go to "Disks and File Systems" - "DIsk Devices"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This will list all the disk devices on the System Stating whether they belong to LVM or VxVM along with the Volume group/Disk group associated with it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it show LVM that means you are not using VxVM.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Gurus&lt;BR /&gt;I have a 2 node cluster. The top provides a particular process which is as follows.&lt;BR /&gt;CPU TTY     PID USERNAME PRI NI   SIZE    RES STATE    TIME %WCPU  %CPU COMMAND&lt;BR /&gt; 2   ?     1458 root     152 20   202M  3236K run   115074:10 99.93 99.76 vxsvc&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The system is very slow and when the application [Oracle] is shutdown the system is good but still top is as above.&lt;BR /&gt;Would there be any effect on the cluster if  this vxsvc is disabled.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please update .&lt;BR /&gt;Faizer&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
