Same EMS Errors on all machines

I'm getting EMS Event: 13 errors on all my machines in my syslog.log file. I'm getting these error messages entries several times a day. All machines were purchased at the same time so the hardware is all the same. I have 18 C3600's. I followed the link http://docs.hp.com/hpux/content/hardware/ems/disk_em.htm#13 but I really don't understand the problem. Anyone have any insight into my problem

WHat does the log file /etc/opt/resmon/log/api.log show for this error?

How about patches - are you current?

These are recent "Predictive" patches for 700/800 11.0:

It doesn't look like I have the patches installed. I'll download them and let you know the status.
