search - oreilly ksh - on the internet and you should have no problems finding what you want.

At work I have found a file called notes.ksh93 below /usr/share/doc but not here at home.

But I think You want to take a look at:

The path is:
/usr/dt/share/examples/dtksh/ksh93.memo

It's definitely worth reading after You did Your first steps.

also, www.shelldorado.com has good guidelines which will help You avoiding a lot of beginners' mistakes I had to make :)
