      <description>Hi! list,&lt;BR /&gt;This morning, I noticed all the cron jobs failed, when I checked in the cron log I found this message.&lt;BR /&gt;! bad user (pvcsgrp) or setgid failed (pvcsgrp) Wed Jun 26 07:05:00 2002&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone know what could be the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;BR /&gt;Either the user entry in the password file is wrong (user pvcsgrp) or the entry in the group file for group pvcsgrp is missing or invalid. Check both.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Bad User ? - Send to bed without tea or treats and keep off of furniture !!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;also check /var/adm/syslog/cron log, but suspect that user pvcsgrp may be inactive. activate login or create new password. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also beware of sysadms coming back from pub and checking forums in slightly inehbira inheibrate ,, inhe . wosre worse for wear .</description>
