      <description>That link has the great explanation. But that mentions only during the startup. &lt;BR /&gt;some more thoughts - not sure tho - remember the cmcld sets a safety timer in the kernel - which is for identifying kernel hang issue. &lt;BR /&gt;will this file be related to that as well while in the normal cmcld run process ?.</description>
