When executing the commando cmviewcl - v
I have the flag AUTO_RUN disabled.
Like it change to enabled?

you can change it in two ways.
1) Edit the pakage.conf file for AUTO_RUN value to YES and cmapplyconf -P

To do temp enabling
2)cmmodpkg -e

Execute these command:
cmmodpkg -e -n nodea -v mpkg
cmmodpkg -e -n nodeb -v mpkg

This good that it executes this way or I must execute single cmmodpkg -e mpkg?

cmmodpkg -e is fine.

If you do a cmhaltpkg on any package, it will automatically disable the AUTO_RUN. so you have reenable if you want the switching to happen. At that time, you can run the cmmodpkg -e -n

I have not got a SG computer in front of me BUT...

cmmodpkg -n -e -v
cmmodpkg -e -v

are similar but different commands. the first enable package switching on the node the second allows package switching (but not necessarily to all nodes).

the AUTO_RUN flag, I don't think linked with package switching. I may be speaking rubbish here, but I'd double check
/etc/cmcluster/*.ascii
/etc/cmcluster//*.conf files
& I think you will see explicit flags/variables/parameters for package switching etc.

any way just my 0.02???

already executes the commando but I obtain the AUTO_RUN flag in disabled.

Is AUTO_RUN set to YES in the package config file ?. If not set it to YES, then do these steps.
cmcheckconf -P
cmapplyconf -P
please make sure the package is down during
this time.

Jose :

cmmodpkg -e will enable switching for the package.

cmmodpkg -e -n will enable switching to a particular node.

The AUTO_RUN flag needs to be changed in the cluster ASCII file.
