Could you help me about MC Service guard? I haven;t know anything about MC Service guard, but now Where can I start? Now Because my job requires me to know MC Service Guard?
Could you give my some advices, and where can I get resources about MC Service guard guide (easy to use)?

You can start by reading the HP doc "Managing MC/ServiceGuard". By the way, what is your server OS? And what apps are running in the MC/SG env?

I would say that the most important thing to master before even considering MC/SG is the Logical Volume Manager (LVM). LVM (and possibly VxVM) underlies everything that you will do with ServiceGuard.

I strongly advise you to request you be allowed to attend the Customer Education course for ServiceGuard.
This will help you most of all.

STRONGLY, STRONGLY, STRONGLY suggest you take the MC/ServiceGuard II class and perform every lab.

STRONGLY, STRONGLY, STRONGLY also suggest you take the Advanced LVM class and perform every lab.

There is nothing more tricky than ServiceGuard for it is a very dynamically changing application in HP, that has only recently become stable despite a life of several years.

Here are some basic SG commands:

cmviewcl -v
cmviewcl -v -p package_name
cmmodpkg -e -n node name package_name
cmmodpkg -e package_name
vgexport -p -s -m mapfile /dev/vg**
vgimport -p -s -m mapefile /dev/vg**
vgchange -c y vg**
vgchange -e y vg**
cmcheckconf -P
cmcheckconf -C
