Where can I find "what is new" in revision11.13 ? Do you know any specific features ?

Also are there compatibilty issues between N class/K class boxes once I move from revision 11.09 to 11.13 . (I will be changing the revisions on all servers to 11.13 but I guess there are some issues with 11.13)
