Hello,

I am looking for document, paper, discussion about differences between two version of MF cobol.

The first is 4.0SP1 and the second is 2.02
Apart the fact that the first is certified to work correct for tool developped at 64bit.

There has been a rename in MF Cobol and I'm not sure of what version is the most recent in the two you mention. I have here a doc on Server Express 2.2 (wich is IMHO recent) and there is in the "migration guide" part a section about changes between version ("Chapter 3: New Features Issued Since Server Express 1.0").

I found it on Server Express 2.2 installation CD. But you can find it for 4.0 on http://supportline.microfocus.com/supportline/documentation/books/sx40/mgpubb.htm.

Apparently, 4.0 and SE 2.2 are two different branches.
