How can I install the correct version of PHP in my HP-UX 11i server?. Do I need to install the last Apache Web Server? Which is the better version of PHP?

PHP is included in the HPWS the websuite. This is at http://software.hp.com and includes the latest, greatest certified version of PHP.

There is a recent release updating apache to 2.0.49
