C++ Complier problem

I asked this question before but it has still the problem. I have a rx2600 with running 11.23. The problem is about HP C++ complier installation. Do I need C++ complier A.05.50 bundle at first? It was failed to install. The patches I installed are called PHSS_29655 and PHSS_29657. The following messages are displayed after the analysis phase:

NOTE: The patch fileset "PHSS_29655.ACXX,r=1.0" may only be
installed upon a previously installed base fileset. The
specification for this base fileset is
"ACXX.ACXX,fr=C.05.50,v=HP". Since there is no fileset on the
target or selected from the source which matches this
specification, fileset "PHSS_29655.ACXX,r=1.0" will be
excluded.
NOTE: The patch fileset "PHSS_29655.ACXX-HELP,r=1.0" may only be
installed upon a previously installed base fileset. The
specification for this base fileset is
"ACXX.ACXX-HELP,fr=C.05.50,v=HP". Since there is no fileset
on the target or selected from the source which matches this
specification, fileset "PHSS_29655.ACXX-HELP,r=1.0" will be
excluded.
NOTE: The patch fileset "PHSS_29657.LANG-AUX,r=1.0" may only be
installed upon a previously installed base fileset. The
specification for this base fileset is
"Auxiliary-Opt.LANG-AUX,fr=B.11.23,v=HP". Since there is no
fileset on the target or selected from the source which
matches this specification, fileset
"PHSS_29657.LANG-AUX,r=1.0" will be excluded.
* Executing preDSA command.

these patches are for an installed fileset. Hence u need to have that first.
