    <description>just a wild-advice,just try with a small 3 digit port no like 888.&lt;BR /&gt;Faced a similar problem with tcp didn't ,investigate the reason then.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regds&lt;BR /&gt;Yogi&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
