compiling on itanium server with Micro focus Server Express

Hi Gurus
PLEEEEEEEEEASE HELP!!!!!
I am running a itanium server hp-ux11.22 v1.6
with microfucus cobol and sybase version 12-5.
Whenever I try to compile I get the following error:

/usr/acct/y2000$ make inv15

Does anyone know how to get past this.
Also, does anyone know where I could get a man page for cob.
