Does anyone know of patches required for MicroFocus Cobol 4.1.40 or later running on an HP N Class 11.0 Server.

I don't think that there are any specific patches. However, you will probably need to install the following two products if you don't have any other Programming Language installed on that server:

Auxiliary-Opt -> B.11.11.02 Auxiliary Optimizer for HP Languages
DebugPrg -> B.11.11.02 Debugging Support Tools

There currently is nothing in the patch catalog or in any release notes that state patches are required as of yet.

Thanks for the quick responses. My problem ended up not being a patch problem. I have micro focus installed on numerous machines but was unable to get it working on one server. The problem ended being with the console.
When the microfocus license starts up it sends a message to the console. Regardless of whether the console is working properly or not the license process runs and does not abort, when you do a ps againg the mflmf id it is running but when you check with lmfgetpv it says it it not running and unable to compile. When I tried to actually log into the server via the termianl server that is used on our servers I was unable to get a console login. I hooked up up a local console and had the same problem, no console login. I reset the service processor and the console began began functioning and microfocus cobol is now happy. Of course this has taken me a couple of weeks to finally figure out. Now on to bigger and better things.
